📞 Call Centre / Telesales Executive

We are hiring enthusiastic and confident candidates to promote our software products and connect with potential customers.

💼 Job Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls to potential customers

  • Explain our ERP, POS, and Inventory Management software clearly

  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain relationships

  • Handle customer queries and provide basic support

  • Maintain daily call and activity reports

  • Work on leads provided by the company

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluency in Hindi and English (both spoken and written)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to confidently interact with customers over phone

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Sales skills preferred (experience in telesales/call centre is a plus)

  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented

  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
